General enquiries, including those involving governance issues, are dealt with by the WCVA Helpdesk. This is a bilingual advice and referral service which is open between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. You can contact the Helpdesk on 0870 607 1666 or email help@wcva.org.uk.
