WCVA Wales Trustee and Governance Conference 2007

The WCVA Wales Trustee and Governance Conference 2007 takes place on Thursday 1 November at the Angel Hotel, Cardiff.

Trustees and those involved in the governance of voluntary oranisations are encouraged to attend this exciting new conference, which aims to provide expert guidance on key governance issues and consider their practical implications for trustees.

The conference offers a mix of presentations and workshops, and attendees will also have the opportunity to put questions to a panel of third sector experts as well as network with fellow trustees. In addition to essential sessions providing guidance and advice on effective governance in practice, attendees will also learn about: making governance work; the latest on CRB checks; revitalising your governing document; managing liability through insurance, and a lot more.
